Executive 1:1 Concierge Coaching
One-on-one Concierge coaching for senior leaders, founders, CEOs, typically leading their team through rapid change or transformation. I limit my 1:1 practice to 10-12 coaching partner clients at any one time. I believe leaders committed to their own development and willing to commit to the process even when it is difficult and problematic gain enormous benefit from the coaching process and our engagement. We continue to develop as leaders and human beings. It is a collaborative, rich process for my clients.
A pretty substantial subset of this work for me currently are: Leaders/Founders in Transition...CEOs/Founders transitioning out of their business and redesigning their lives in meaningful, challenging and rewarding work and life shifts. This is rich work for my clients as they approach the 2nd half of life in ways that are both daunting and highly rewarding.

Leadership Transformation Workshops/Cohorts/Groups
Facilitated peer group designed to help leaders transform their interpersonal communication skills, mental leadership models, aspirational leadership POV and other critical Meta Leader developmental growth in a cohort or series of shared learning experiences.
