A Free Interactive Webinar For Managers At All Levels

2021 presents new challenges for leaders and managers in an uncertain world. Do you struggle with any of the following in the teams you lead?

  • Lack of accountability

  • Poor collaboration and workflow management

  • Lack of communication frameworks

  • Managing fear of uncertainty and the resulting impact on productivity

  • A "default" company culture

  • Underachieving individual contributors and their impact on team morale and engagement

As veteran former startup founders and CEOs, we have lived through virtually every imaginable managerial and leadership challenge you might encounter.

How It Works : When you register, you’ll submit one workplace issue that creates churn and prevents progress. That issue is presented at the workshop, where you’ll collaborate with the two workshop hosts and other meeting attendees to find solutions that may never have occurred to you.

Who This Workshop Is For: Managers and leaders having direct reports and who are responsible for progress, change, and results.
